The University of the Third Age (u3a) is a learning co-operative of people no longer in full time work. Anyone can join – all you need is interest and enthusiasm. No qualifications are required and none are given. The u3a offers the opportunity to share your knowledge, experience and talents with others and learn from them in a friendly environment.
All of our Group Leaders and Committee Members volunteer their time and expertise to help our u3a to run smoothly. If you would like to join a Group contact the individual group leader. If you would like to see a new group started and/or feel able to lead a group, please contact our Groups' Coordinator, in the first instance.

The Lyme Regis u3a was founded in November 2005 and currently has a membership of approximately 500. We welcome members from the surrounding area, including Uplyme, Charmouth, Rousdon and Axminster We hold regular monthly events and have over 40 interest groups/activities.
