Book Group

We are a friendly group who enjoy reading and are interested in widening our horizons regarding the type of books we read. Our group members receive a book each month to read and then meet to discuss their thoughts about it. The opinions are many and varied which makes for an interesting and lively discussion.

The books are chosen by the members from a broad list of titles from every type of genre provided by Dorset Libraries. The Library supply us with a set of books each month which are given to the group members at the monthly meeting for them to read prior to discussion at the next meeting. The previous month’s book is then handed in and the next month’s given out.

The group meets in members' houses on the first Monday afternoon of the month.

Our group is currently full but more information can be obtained from Jocelyn Marsh
through the e-mail form below.

Meanwhile you may like to view the books we are reading this year.
