French Club
We call ourselves 'The French Club' and we are a small group of seven who meet weekly on Thursdays between 10am and 12 noon at members' homes.
Our level can probably best be described as intermediate. Our meetings consist of conversation plus reading and translating articles in French which may be from a French newspaper or magazine or maybe a joke or short story - anything which has caught a member's eye and which s/he wishes to share with the group.
We take improving our conversational French seriously but it is also important to us that we enjoy our weekly meetings.
We find the group works better with a small number so we do not have any vacancies at present.
