Mary Bohane

​Armed with a history degree(!) I joined IBM in 1964, the very early days of the computer industry.  Finally left in 1997 after a career in programming, market research and involvement with a great deal of data, the highlight being 7 years in Paris working with IBM’s lawyers to defend the company against a charge of abusing a dominant position.  Joined what was then Heritage Coast Lyme Regis U3A in November 2005 and have been on the committee ever since, always involved with membership.  I am also the leader of the Garden Lovers’ group.
